Chocolate banana chia pudding
This is a delicious dessert or snack made from jungle favourites like cacao, bananas and coconut that all grow well around Kadagaya.
5 tbsp chia seeds
50 g cacao paste
2 bananas
1 tsp coconut oil or butter
1 C water or milk
1 tsp brown sugar or panela (optional)
pinch of salt
- Chop the bananas into small pieces and fry in a saucepan on medium heat with the coconut oil or butter (and sugar is desired) until golden and sticky.
- Add the water (or milk), cacao paste and salt, stirring well until the cacao is dissolved.
- Turn off heat and add chia seeds. Stir well and leave sitting until the pudding thickens. Can be eaten warm or cold.
