Kadagaya bananas image

A delicious dessert or snack made from jungle favourites like cacao, bananas and coconut that all grow well around Kadagaya.

5 tbsp chia seeds
50 g cacao paste
2 bananas
1 tsp coconut oil or butter
1 C water or milk
1 tsp brown sugar or rapadura (optional)
pinch of salt

 

1.    Chop the bananas into small pieces and fry in a saucepan on medium heat with the coconut oil or butter (and sugar is desired) until golden and sticky.

2.    Add the water (or milk), cacao paste and salt, stirring well until the cacao is dissolved.

3.    Turn off heat and add chia seeds. Stir well and leave sitting until the pudding thickens. Can be eaten warm or cold.
